Right of Withdrawal for Non-Personalized Products

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by them, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same payment method for this reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

In no case will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

No Right of Withdrawal for Personalized or Customized Products

According to § 312g paragraph 2 No. 1 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

This particularly applies to products that are personalized, engraved, altered, or specially made to customer specifications.

Since our products are individually produced according to customer requirements, a return or exchange of these items is generally excluded.

Exception: Damaged or Defective Goods

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods at [email protected]. We will examine each case individually and, if necessary, offer a repair or replacement.
