Personalized jewelry pieces such as name necklaces or engravings are produced in approx. 3 business days.
How long does it take to produce special custom pieces?
For specially designed jewelry pieces, we schedule a production time of 5–7 business days.

Do I have to pay customs fees?
No. Thanks to our IOSS system, there are no additional import or customs fees for orders within the EU.
